What stud posts do we use?

- We use Hypoallergenic Stainless Steel Stud Posts for most of our earrings which are the safest first option. However, not everyone's ears are the same, so if you have a request for different backs or stud posts, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

When will you restock your website?

-We generally restock monthly. So keep an eye on our home page banner and social media accounts, and subscribe to our newsletters to be kept up to date. 

 

How do I get free shipping?

- To receive free shipping all you need to do is spend $149 or more. Your shipping costs will be automatically excluded from your payment amount at the checkout.

 

How long until I receive my order?

- Your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the item's descriptions (pre-orders, custom orders, made to order etc have different processing times). This processing time is in addition to shipping time. If you're needing an order rushed to you, please contact us via our 'Contact Us' page. Express Shipping is also a great way to help receive your order quicker. COVID-19 IS CURRENTLY AFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF OUR POSTAL SERVICE. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

 

My order's Tracking Number isn't working?

In the event your tracking number isn't working, I encourage you to wait 24 hours before trying your tracking number again. Please contact Australia Post if it is not working after 24 hours. I will try to help in these instances but unfortunately there isn't much I can do once your parcel has been shipped out.
