By purchasing from our online shop you agree to have read and understood all policies, terms and conditions.

 

-We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons so please choose accessories carefully before purchasing. 

-If you have just opened your parcel and there are damaged items inside, please contact us immediately. Take a photo and email it though to us within 3 business days. Failure to act immediately with these cases may allow me to deny your request for a replacement or refund. These incidents are handled on a case by case basis. 

-When buying handmade items you must be aware that there may be some imperfections due to their hand crafted nature. This creates a completely unique feature to your accessories however, I will never ship accessories with great imperfections that affect their quality. Each pair are imperfectly perfect.

-All orders including custom, wholesale and online orders require full payment before shipment. 

-Minimum postage cost is $5.95 for standard shipping. This is to ensure the safety of your delicate items during transit and also be able to track your parcel during its travel time.
